Nice drink by a warm fire,
2 ounces Bourbon
1 tsp pure Maple Syrup
Dash of Angostura Bitters
Garnish with Orange Peel and 1 stripe of candied bacon ( I like to add cayenne pepper to the candied bacon)
Mix bourbon, maple syrup, bitters, and a teaspoon of water in an Old Fashion Glass and stir until the maple syrup is dissolved. Add a single large ice cube then garnish with orange peel.
